It was an amazing fall day when Lauren and Josh were married on October 10, 2015. There ceremony was something written from the pages of Little House on the Prarie, surrounded by family and friends, in a small barn. Lauren and Josh have a very special connection, one that you would say is reminisent of a couple married for 50 years. It felt like they had spent a lifetime together watching the two of them and their families.
A Stow Acres reception followed after their ceremony. Stow Acres is a beautiful venue, and I must say, this reception was exceptional at every turn. From soup served in carved out gourds, to a carmel apple station and a smores station. It was nothing short of amazing and what a fun way for family and guests to celebrate. After dancing a few dances, guests would take a break at the carmel apple and smores stations, where everyone was a kid. It was really magical.
During Lauren’s sisters toast she referenced a wish her daughter had on her birthday. Her daughters wish was that Josh would marry Lauren, and she thanked Josh for making her daugthers wish come true. This is where I teared up, you see, birthday wishes from a little girl really can come true.
Congratluations Lauren and Josh.
